The Company's investment strategy is to operate as an enterprise company seeking acquisition or investment opportunities within: .1 the financial media and technology industries; and/or .2 the energy sector Financial Media Within the financial media and technology industry, areas of focus may include financial news websites and other forms of “new media”, investment research providers, financial PR, IR, design and marketing agencies, production studios and visual content providers, technology platforms which facilitate capital raising and/or lending. Energy Sector Within the energy sector, areas of focus may include energy infrastructure projects, particularly in developing jurisdictions, brownfield energy projects,  renewable energy projects either as stand-alone or as a synergistic, piggy-back to infrastructure projects, gas to power projects, including the concomitant midstream and downstream infrastructure.  The Company’s Chief Executive Officer has significant experience and an extensive network of contacts in the financial media and technology industries.  Other members of the Board have deep knowledge within the energy and resource sectors gained over an prolonged period of time.  The Directors aim to leverage these strengths to not only identify compelling acquisition or investment opportunities but also to advise and add value to investee companies on an ongoing basis.
