Conversion of Convertible Loan Note

The Company is pleased to announce that pursuant to the announcement by the Company on 30 June 2016, Mr Chen Chih Lung has agreed to convert the whole of, the principal amount outstanding under the Note into new ordinary shares of £0.01 in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the conversion rate of £0.01, the aggregate of 40,000,000 issued fully paid New Ordinary Shares (which would represent approximately 21.62 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company).

The 40,000,000 new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on NEX Exchange Growth Market today, 3 April 2018.

Following the Placing, the issued share capital of the Company will increase to 290,000,533 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
