Renegotiation of Savanah Investments Limited Loan

25^th April 2025: Fenikso Limited (AQSE: FNK) (the "Company"), the Cayman Islands enterprise company, refers to the Savanah Energy Investments Limited loan. The loan currently has an outstanding balance of US$11,525,424 and it has been agreed that it will be settled for US$5,762,712. Fenikso has agreed to pay US$2,500,000 immediately on signing with the remaining US$3,262,712 payable on or before the 31^st December 2025. Post the repayment to Savanah Energy, the Company expects to have over US$1,500,000 of cash and investments on its balance sheet.
