Marula Mining (AQSE: MARU), an African focused mining and development company, has received notification on 17 October 2024, that Gathoni Muchai Investments Limited ("GMI") made the following purchases of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Jason Brewer, a director of the Company, is a director and shareholder of GMI.
