IntelliAM AI plc (AQSE: INT), the software company leveraging the power of AI and machine learning in the manufacturing industry, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2024, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders today.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. and is being held on 6 November 2024 at 53 North House, 8 Caxton Way, Dinnington, S25 3QE.
The Annual Report and Accounts is already on the Company's Investor Relations website at https://intelliam.ai/reports-presentations/, and the notice of the AGM will be available on the Company's website shortly.
