Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of RPG Crouch Chapman LLP ("RPG") as auditors to the Company with immediate effect.

The appointment of RPG follows the resignation of Jeffreys Henry LLP ("Jeffreys Henry") as auditors to the Company with effect from 8 June 2023. Jeffreys Henry has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with their resignation which they consider should be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006. 

The Company does not expect there to be any delay in the announcement of results for year ended 30 April 2023 as a result of this change.
