Gowin New Energy Group Limited announces today that for personal reasons Mr Chou Huan Nan, the Company's Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the role of Non-Executive Director and the Board.  The Company would like to thank Mr Chou Huan Nan for his time on the Board and his support and guidance over his term.

Other than the above there are no further disclosures required under Rule 70 and paragraph 21 of Appendix 1 of the ISDX Growth Market Rules for Issuers.
