SulNOx Group PLC announced that it has raised a total, before expenses, of £1.88m from a group of investors. The Investors have agreed to subscribe for a total of 3,302,076 new ordinary shares at a price of 46.6 pence per Share raising £1.54m. In addition, one of the subscribers, has indicated an intention to exercise 1,159,420 warrants at an exercise price of 29.0p per Share, raising a further £336,232. Read more
Ananda Developments Plc announced that its MRX1 CBD drug candidate has successfully passed through several critical drug stability timepoints ahead of its use in two Phase II and one Phase I clinical studies. MRX1 now moves towards the final set-up preparatory works ahead of its use in two Phase II clinical trials for Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy and Endometriosis, and a Phase I Pharmacokinetic study. Cooks Coffee Company Limited announced that it has entered an agreement between Dairygold Agri Business Limited and Esquires Coffee House Ireland Ltd for Esquires to operate and manage four cafés within Co-Op Superstores owned by Dairygold, in Ireland.
