Time To ACT Plc announced its audited full year results for the year ending 31 March 2024. The Company highlighted that underlying revenue grew by 68% to £1.89m driven by the Large Parts business of Diffusion Alloys and supported by growth at GreenSpur. Gross profit margin also grew, increasing to 43% (2023: 32%). Read more
SulNOx Group Plc announced that it has secured a new patent in Chile, extending the Company's reach among global customers and industry sectors to South America for the first time. This latest patent covers a range of formulation versions which includes both the Berol® 6446 Heavy Sulphur Fuel Oils emulsifiers and SulNOxEco™ Fuel Conditioners which enhance all diesel, petrol, gasoline and biofuels, marine fuels, and both Very and Ultra Low Sulphur Fuel Oils. All Things Considered Group Plc announced the delivery of the first major project for ATC Experience, a Group offering launched in 2023 to create and distribute artist-led digital and in-person experiences for global audiences. The live theatrical show, titled Hamlet Hail To The Thief, is a co-production between ATC Experience, Factory International in Manchester and The Royal Shakespeare Company. Bringing together Shakespeare's great tragedy, Hamlet, and Radiohead's seminal album, Hail To The Thief, to create an innovative, new live experience combining theatre, music and movement. Read more
Adnams PLC announced the publication of its results for the half-year ending 30 June 2024. The Company delivered 6.4% growth in sales over the period against the prior year to £32m.
