Inqo Investments Ltd announced completion of the planting phase of its project to reforest over 5,000 hectares of degraded land on the Kuzuko Private Game Reserve in South Africa's Eastern Cape. The project aims to contribute towards climate change through carbon sequestration, whilst restoring habitats to facilitate return of biodiversity and create jobs. Read more
Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC announced a half yearly profit before tax of £20.8m in the Company’s unaudited results for the period ended 30 June 2024. Sir Henry Angest, Chairman and Chief Executive of Arbuthnot said: "The Group made good progress in the first half of the year, again delivering strong profits in an evolving interest rate environment. While an expected fall in interest rates in the second half will have a short-term impact on profit growth, the Group is well positioned to take advantage of the market opportunities we anticipate over the near, medium and long term." Invinity Energy Systems PLC announced its new Motherwell manufacturing facility was officially opened. The Company says this facility, is approximately six times the size of its existing facility in Bathgate and will increase Invinity’s UK assembly capacity to over 500 MWh per year, support the creation of more than 40 new jobs in the region and enable faster and more efficient delivery of vanadium flow batteries across the UK, Europe and further afield. Good Life Plus Plc announced the following highlights in the Company’s Final Results for the year ended 31 January 2024:
- The Company generated approximately £150,000 in monthly recurring revenue, an increase of nearly 240% over the period.
- Membership base grew to over 21,486 active subscribing members.
- £1.4m of gross proceeds has been raised at Admission, a further £2.03m was raised through a subscription in March 2024. Read more
Oberon Investments Group plc announced its audited preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2024 in which revenue increased by 50% to £7.58m from £5.05m last year. Additionally, the Company reported that despite the higher administrative expenses in the period, total losses for the year have reduced by c.25%. Read more
